What happens next?

Once you have made an enquiry, a member of our clinical team will contact you for further information in order to identify how we can help. We do not charge for this service and will spend as long as it takes to try to understand your/ your patient’s needs.

However, we cannot offer clinical advice at this stage without completing our own assessments and we do not manage emergencies.

If you or anyone you know is having an emergency please contact either your GP, mental health team (where appropriate), 111 or 999 depending on the nature of your emergency.

Please note that we are not an emergency service and cannot arrange urgent appointments.
