Autism & ADHD Diagnostic Services

We provide a secure and accessible service for adults who are waiting for an Autism and/ or ADHD diagnostic assessment.

We follow the gold standard NICE guidance in order to ensure that our assessments are in line with the gold standards. Although it is always worth checking with your local authority and local mental health team whether they accept private assessments. We are confident that our assessments do meet all the requirements and withstand any external scrutiny.

Therapy

Our clinicians are highly skilled in delivering the diagnostic assessments. We work with a growing bank of experts within our diagnostic division, we can deliver a prompt service with guaranteed initial contact within 14 days of referral and an initial pre-diagnostic appointment within 8 weeks. We aim for the entire process from the first appointment to receiving the final report within a period of 16 weeks.

We keep up to date with latest research and evidence by encouraging our staff to keep developing their skills and supporting them with this through supervision, appraisal, providing in-house training and encouraging additional training.

We support the increasing evidence of remote/video diagnostic assessments and treatment as an accessible, reliable and preferable service for many. Our remote assessments are accessible nationwide. We also provide face-to-face appointments for those who cannot complete remote assessments, as a reasonable adjustment.

Our pre-diagnostic support is provided for patients and their families after a referral to us is received. This involves a comprehensive booklet about the diagnostic process and we are more than happy to address any queries either through a phone call or email.

Our treatment plans are holistic and individualised to support the person and their families’ needs and we also provide an abridged report with the diagnosis and treatment recommendations for people who do not want to send their full confidential report to organisations such as their employers or educational institutions.
