Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we accept Klarna pay – please see the Klarna Terms and Conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation / did not attend (DNA) policy is that we require 24hrs notice or a cancellation and we have the right to retain 50% of the total ADHD assessment fee. This would be £495 cancellation fee for a virtual assessment £600 cancellation fee for an in-person assessment. We will refund you the rest of the fee.
