How to refer via Right to Choose · what to expect from our reports
The Process:
You cannot self-refer.
You must discuss your symptoms with your GP, ask for a referral, and explicitly request to use your Right to Choose to be sent to a specific, qualified NHS or independent provider.
Providers:
The chosen provider must have an NHS contract in place to deliver the assessment and care you need and have a named consultant or clinical lead.
Skylight Psychiatry meets all the above criteria to be a ‘qualified provider’.

- আপনাকে একটি নিরাপদ হাসপাতালে আটক রাখা হয়েছে।
- আপনি সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর একজন কর্মরত সদস্য।
- আপনাকে মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য আইন ১৯৮৩ (২০০৭ সালে সংশোধিত) এর অধীনে আটক করা হয়েছে।
