How to refer via Right to Choose · what to expect from our reports
The Process:
You cannot self-refer.
You must discuss your symptoms with your GP, ask for a referral, and explicitly request to use your Right to Choose to be sent to a specific, qualified NHS or independent provider.
Providers:
The chosen provider must have an NHS contract in place to deliver the assessment and care you need and have a named consultant or clinical lead.
Skylight Psychiatry meets all the above criteria to be a ‘qualified provider’.
We have a contract with Norfolk & Suffolk ICB to deliver Adult ADHD and Autism Diagnostic Assessments (表明我们的评估质量和价格符合向国家医疗服务体系提供服务的要求）。.
