How to refer via Right to Choose · what to expect from our reports

The Process:

You cannot self-refer.

You must discuss your symptoms with your GP, ask for a referral, and explicitly request to use your Right to Choose to be sent to a specific, qualified NHS or independent provider.

Providers:

The chosen provider must have an NHS contract in place to deliver the assessment and care you need and have a named consultant or clinical lead.

Skylight Psychiatry meets all the above criteria to be a ‘qualified provider’.

We have a contract with Norfolk & Suffolk ICB to deliver Adult ADHD and Autism Diagnostic Assessments (tai rodo, kad mūsų vertinimai yra tokios kokybės ir kainos, kurios atitinka NHS keliamus reikalavimus).

Kada galite nesinaudoti NHS teise rinktis?

  • Jums reikalingas skubus arba neatidėliotinas gydymas
  • Jau esate prižiūrimas ir gydomas dėl šios būklės
  • Jūsų pasirinkta organizacija ar klinikinė komanda neteikia tinkamos priežiūros pagal jūsų būklę.
  • Esate kalinys arba laikinai paleistas iš kalėjimo.
  • esate sulaikytas nustatytoje vietoje, pavyzdžiui, teisme, saugiame mokymo centre, imigrantų išsiuntimo centre arba jaunų nusikaltėlių institute.
  • Esate laikomas saugioje ligoninėje.
  • Esate tarnaujantis ginkluotųjų pajėgų narys.
  • Esate sulaikytas pagal 1983 m. Psichikos sveikatos aktą (su 2007 m. pakeitimais).
